Art in the “real world”

I recently had a one-day exhibition to show my art IRL – “in the real world”!

You’re here on my website and have possibly viewed some of the paintings but there’s nothing like seeing it in the flesh. The colours come to life and sometimes it’s easier to imagine it on your wall.

It was a fun day and I got to talk to lots of people who were interested in my art and the inspiration. I had a lovely chat with one lady about how I captured the folds of the fabric from the clothes – interesting because this is something I strive to do and it makes me happy when someone else sees the result!

This is what she had to say:

So lovely to see Tracey’s work “in the flesh”. I love the sea, dance and fabrics – all topics covered with such passion and talent. Such a joy to chat with Tracey about her work and appreciate what she has created. Thanks for sharing, Tracey!

Such kind words!

Here are some photos of the exhibition and a little whirling video!

Thank you to Learts Creative Studio in East Grinstead for hosting the exhibition!
